We ask that you read through these term & conditions before booking your appointment as by booking an appointment you are agreeing to these terms.

As a courtesy if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please provide 24hours notice, to enable us to offer the appointment time to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

Any clients arriving late for their appointment will have their treatment time reduced, this may mean they do not receive their full treatment, as we will have other appointments waiting. If a client is more that 10 minutes late, they will be asked to reschedule their appointment and a 50% charge will apply for the missed appointment.

Nail repairs will be chargeable if reported more than 1 week after your appointment. Repairs cover chips, cracks, discolouration, gel shrinkage, lost nails etc.

We accept cash, debit and credit cards.

By paying for your treatment you are indicating that you are happy with your treatment. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please let your therapist know straight away so that any problems can be rectified.

We have a strict no refunds policy, if for any reason you are unhappy please contact us during salon hours and we will arrange to rectify any issues for you.

Gift Vouchers can be purchased in the salon. Gift Vouchers are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase and can be used on most treatments except cosmetic procedures.

Clients under 16 years of age will need parental consent for any treatments carried out.

Please do not drink alcohol before your treatment or use sunbeds before or after various treatments i.e. waxing, facials and massage.

Please advise your therapist if you are diagnosed with any medical condition before your treatment. As some conditions may prevent or restrict your treatment.
